I have been on the fence about posting the recipe for my famous Paleo crunch. Back when I had my Paleo pantry items selling like hotcakes this is my number one seller. I should’ve called it Paleo crack, because that’s what it is.So as the movie frozen says I am letting it go and sharing this with all of you guys. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and as all of my former customers did.



1. 1 cup of Almond Flour

2. 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds

3. 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

4. 1 TBSP Cinnamon

5. 2 cups of chopped Almonds

6. 1/2 cup of coconut oil

7. 1/2 cup organic local honey

8. 1 TSP Vanilla

9. 2 TSP Almond Extract
*** you may add shredded coconut if your feeling frisky ***

1. Pre-heat oven to 325°

2. In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients (1-5)

3. Add all the wet ingredients (the remaining ingredients) to the dry ingredients and mix well

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dump the mixture out into the center of the lined baking sheet

5. Start pounding out the mixture so it’s spreads evenly on the pan

6. Once your mixture is even, pop it into the oven for about 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown

7. Remove the crunch on the oven and remove the parchment paper with the crunch on it onto the counter to cool for about 10 minutes
